So, I decided to go study in Switzerland, the pioneer in hospitality management, where I chose HIM for its reputation and the courses that combine with American management expertise. There, at HIM I acquired an excellent knowledge and all professional skills for using in every aspect of this industry, moreover a multi-cultural environment had created a perfectly understanding of people with different nationalities. After graduation, I returned to my home country and stared my career path in front office department at Plaza Athenee hotel in Bangkok. Once again, I have opportunity to rejoin one of the best hotel in the world, Mandarin Oriental Bangkok, as a Group Service Manager and stayed in this position for 2 years before the new challenge has arose in a role of Sales Manager.
For those of you who are interested in hospitality, you may think it's an easygoing job. But actually, being a hotelier, to exceeding your client expectations, you must be thoughtful, dedicated and passionate. To get all of these you have to experience from the good base, outstanding school and superb hotel.
The most rewarding moment of my job is when I see my client smile with joys, satisfy my services. It's better than any compliment.
The word "no" is not in my philosophy. I always find another option or alternative solution to delight my value guest.
