Cultural Night, Grand Traditions Continue

Once again HIM students hospitality was outstanding at the 2010 Autumn cultural night. The evening began with the traditional welcome line and cocktail for VIP guests and staff. There were an impressive number of number of booths, with over 20 countries represented serving their traditional food and drink, showcasing their culture and heritage. 

As tradition dictates, guests and students alike voted for their favourite booth. Congratulations to all of our participants but particularly our winning teams:
