Masterclasses end on a sweet note


The final masterclass for the autumn semester was an extra special treat for participants. The lucky group joined Bernard Trottet and Silvano Nobbs from the Cailler Chocolate Centre of Excellence, in the HIM kitchens for a chocolate-making and tasting session. After a demonstration from the experts, students tried their hand at the technique and from the contented noises coming from the kitchen they were very successful. Susie Maylea summed up the class with just one word “heaven”!
