HIM Students winning wine connoisseurs!

Congratulations to the HIM team of Julia Sterr, Alec Witt, Alexandros Cholevas, Saahil Khandwala and Torben Kock on their podium place at the recent Millésime 2011, wine tasting competition. The teams 3rd place put them just behind teams from the specialized oenology school, Changins, a fantastic result!

The competition organised by the EHL, Ecole Hotelier de Lausanne, student wine committee brought together teams from Switzerland’s leading Hotel Management Schools and industry professionals. Teams were subjected to several rounds of tasting in both white and red wines and the winners truly merited their rewards.
