Showmanship in One 5


The skill of HIM 1st year and PGD students is on display throughout the remaining weeks of the semester in the One5 restaurant. Putting into practice the skills that they have learned throughout the semester in F & B Service students are prepared to dazzle the restaurant guests. If you are dining in One5 over the coming weeks you will be able to order and appreciate the skills of scampi flambée, preparation and presentation of double sirloin steak, grilled sole fish filleting, fruit flambéing and the always delicious crêpes Suzette.
