Entry Requirements

First year - Undergraduate Program

• Minimum age: 17 years*
• English: TOEFL 500+ or IELTS 5.0 or 50+ points on the Oxford Online Placement Test (OOPT).**
• Students must have successfully completed their high school diploma.
• For students with a lower level of English, we recommend the English Foundation Program.

*Please note that students must be 18 years of age to commence the full-time industry internship. Those students who have not attained this age will be requiredto complete an additional academic term at HIM before commencing their first internship.
 
Direct entries into second or third year may be possible for students who hold appropriate academic qualifications in Hospitality. Please contact us for further information.

Direct entries to the final term of the BBA Program

• Applicants should hold a Higher Diploma in a relevant field
• English level equivalent to TOEFL 525 or IELTS 5.5

Postgraduate Diploma Program

• Minimum age: 21 years
• English: TOEFL 500+ or IELTS 5.0 or 50+ points on the Oxford Online Placement Test (OOPT).**
• Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline or at least 3 years work experience in a supervisory position in any industry.
